I liked
Fiest - live in concert (reviewed by Rich) and on record with "The Reminder"
The Decemberists - - Live in concert (reviewed by Vinyl Villan) and on record with "The Crane Wife"
Guillemots - on record with "Through The Window Pane"
also i enjoyed
radiohead's in windows, (reviewed by Pitchfork website),, over the rhine's the trumpet child, (reviewed by Paste magazine), and hem's funnel cloud, (reviewed by glide magazine)..
special mention goes to The Innocence Mission album - We Walked in Song (reviewed by the Guardian). Possible one of hte most fragile and beuatiful peices of music i have heard in a long time.
