due to the way the UK system works, when the prime minister resigns so does his entire government.
May I take this opportunity to blog to you from a government less UK.
Officially no one is in charge. currently. (although I suspect their may only be 5 minutes of this utopia left)
Strangely it doesn't feel to different.
