Bought [23] Marillion - Script for a Jesters Tear
Wednesday, September 14, 2005
On a recent trip to an local supermarket owned by a huge american shopping beast, I bought Marillion's Script For Jesters Tear on CD
marillion was music I grew up with. My brother was really into them, I suppose I got familiar so as to say I like them as well. At £5 the CD wasn't expensive at all.
Marillion do get a bad press, but you can only be compared to the bands that are about at the time you are. Marillion were about in the early 80's when wham were doing club tropicana. To be able to be the Top Prog rock band in britain when they were was a not bad achievement
just don't get me started on the mighty Status Quo...
