I want the young adults to do the work.
I want the work to go well
I want the Young adults doing the work to be properly supported and guided.
I want the teenagers attending to enjoy the work done.

This has the hall marks of good work.

I feel unable to contribute without it appearing like I am managing or worse interferring with the young adults ideas.

perhaps I will be able to sort this out in my head soon.
