Reporter Adrian Addison goes undercover in two tough inner city areas to see for himself the devastation being caused by thugs, drunks and drug addicts.

In London's Tower Hamlets district he finds teenagers wrecking shops and attacking people in the street. In the East End of the city of Glasgow, he witnesses the kind of violent gang fights that are making a misery of many residents lives.
